Nutrition Services

My goal and passion is to share my knowledge of nutrition and food science with my patients and their families to develop nutrition plans personalized for the medical and cultural needs of their family. I will partner with patients to ensure that the plan will achieve mutual goals that we have established.

As a working mother of multiple children, one of which has special dietary restrictions due to numerous allergies, I have a unique understanding of how these matters may complicate mealtime and disrupt daily family life. I hope my knowledge, experience, and perspective can help you and your family achieve a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

As an RD, I can:

  • show you how your diet can affect management of chronic diseases, such as high blood pressure and diabetes

  • help you adjust your diet to minimize digestive issues and flare ups,
as with Celiac disease, Crohn's disease, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome

  • suggest different strategies to tackle picky eater problems

  • develop meal plans to fit a variety lifestyles and family situations, including food allergies/intolerances

  • recommend alternative foods and substitutions to assist you in your weight management concerns

  • collaborate with your doctors and other health care professionals to create a nutritionally balanced diet
